As a Miami native Ms. Williams is known as Miss Miami and Miss Jr. Florida America. A contestant in both Florida pageant systems Richelle became Miss South Florida in her final competition debut.

Ms. Williams is the Executive Pastor and Chief of Staff for Jesus People Ministries Church, a global organization that resides in the South Florida community, with extended ministries in Tampa, Gainesville, Boca Raton, Jacksonville, Daytona Beach, Pembroke Pines, Plantation & Pompano.

As the director of Public Relations she oversees the company's million dollar media ministry, comprises the organizations yearly calendar and works together with several groups and organizations throughout the city, state and nation to better the lives of people.

Richelle is a single mother of 4 beautiful Children. She carries a number of titles, degrees and positions as a graduate from Miami Carol City Senior High School, receiving a Bachelors of Arts degree from Florida State University and a Masters of Arts degree from Florida Atlantic University. Richelle has served as a professor of English for Broward College for several years. Through her faith, family and friends, Richelle has become what we see today.
